A one-time, 2 hr. seminar that covers the nuts and bolts of How to stay Healthy and Low Risk during Pregnancy labor and birth, and how to plan the birth you want.
Grab your partner and join Certified Childbirth Educator Amy V. Haas, BCCE in learning the important information and steps toward a healthy, positive birth experience. Topics covered include: How to be healthy and low risk, Choosing a care provider and birth place, Creating a birth plan, Childbirth Education classes, Interventions, Communications, Doulas, A baby plan, & Breastfeeding.
This is the perfect class for those who are newly pregnant, or thinking about becoming pregnant. After taking this class, you choose to take a full Bradley natural childbirth series of classes, I will credit the $35 fee.
Cost $35 per family
